Long before the infection, the world was connected by the Towers—ancient structures that pierced the sky and reached into dimensions beyond comprehension. The Towers were gateways, and through them came knowledge, power, and eventually... corruption.

No one knows which Tower fell first. Some say it was the Sky Tower, where The Beast now rules. Others whisper of experiments in the Tech Facility that tore holes in reality itself. What is known is that the infection spread like wildfire, transforming creatures and corrupting the land.

The survivors learned quickly: you cannot fight the corruption directly. You can only stun it, slow it, and run. Those who tried to kill the monsters found that death only made them stronger, returning as twisted amalgamations of their former selves.

Now, small groups of survivors traverse the biomes, searching for resources, answers, and perhaps a cure. The Cured Monke offers hope—proof that the infection can be survived. But for every Cured Monke, there are fifteen horrors hunting in the dark.

The Red Light Emergency is the corruption's heartbeat. When the sirens wail and the world bleeds red, even the safest haven becomes a death trap. It is said that during these events, the boundaries between biomes weaken, and monsters can appear anywhere.
